very close in money, if not more, in attempting it. There are cars in Japan that have come up with greater than stock TT performance out of the NA block but not without drastic, and I mean DRASTIC measurements. From custom velocity stacks to a full blueprinting on an already relatively tight motor. It's just not worth it and it'll never be worth it on a car that is 15 years old. If it was a 2.0L Wondercar in America, I'm sure some company would through $40k at it like they do in Sport Compact Car every now and then (this month in fact). Email Arnel about his massive project if you get a chance :)
